Orders & Shipping

Order Hours & Acceptance

  • Processing hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (ET), excluding holidays.
  • Order acceptance: We accept your order when we (i) charge your payment method and (ii) email a shipping confirmation.
  • Changes/Cancellations: Request changes before shipment; once in fulfillment, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Processing Times

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to assemble, produce, or prepare your order before dispatch.
  • Most in-stock orders still dispatch within 1–2 business days.
  • During sale events, allow an additional 5–7 business days before dispatch.
  • Processing windows are estimates and may vary with order volume.

Shipping Options (U.S. only)

  • Free Standard Shipping (oversized freight): Shipping cost is included in the product price. Transit time is carrier-dependent and typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. No delivery date guarantees.
  • Express (2–3 business days): Optional paid upgrade at checkout. The 2–3-day window applies after dispatch; final timing is carrier-estimated and not guaranteed.

Carriers & service: We ship via major U.S. carriers and freight partners (e.g., UPS/USPS/FedEx/LTL). Oversized panels typically ship via freight and may require curbside delivery with liftgate. P.O. boxes are not eligible for oversized freight.

Tracking & Delivery

  • We’ll email tracking when your order leaves our facility.
  • Risk of loss/title passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery (scan/delivery photo/signature).
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, notify us within 3 business days so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • If a shipment is lost or damaged before confirmed delivery, we may replace or refund at our discretion. Please inspect on arrival and retain all packaging.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Submit address corrections before shipment whenever possible.
  • Rerouting in transit may incur carrier fees; if applicable, these may be charged to the customer.
  • Undeliverable/refused shipments follow our return policy and may incur outbound/return freight deductions.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States to addresses available at checkout.
  • Oversized items may be ineligible for P.O. boxes or certain remote locations.

After Delivery

  • Report carrier damage or shortage within 5 business days with clear photos (lack of photos may limit remedies).
  • Received the wrong item? Contact us within 7 days; we’ll correct it at our cost where confirmed.
