Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
  • Final Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Custom-made or special-order items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by transit.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via our Contact Page or email contact@demvelpanels.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
  • Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned items are inspected before approval for refund or exchange.
  • If an item arrives back to us damaged, used, or missing parts, your refund may be reduced or denied.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos of the product and packaging to speed up resolution.
  • Where confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a refund.
