Tell us about your project (type, timeline, rough square footage).
We’ll send trade pricing or a quote, confirm lead times, and can provide
samples for your project if needed.
Open the Airbnb feed and you’ll see it: sameness. White walls, polite furniture, nothing to remember a place by.
Guests are scrolling fast and judging faster. What stops the scroll isn’t square footage—it’s character that reads
as quality. When a listing leads with a statement wall, it signals care, craft, and comfort.
That signal does two things at once: it supports a higher nightly rate and it nudges
more people to book.
How a wall becomes revenue
Pricing power (ADR) rises. Luxury cues in the first photos set a higher “this looks worth it”
anchor. A modest premium—think +8–15% ADR—becomes acceptable without slowing demand.
Conversion (occupancy) improves. Distinctive images win the thumbnail, earn more clicks and saves,
and turn lookers into bookers—typically +2–6 percentage points to occupancy.
The lifts compound. Small gains in price and in frequency multiply into a larger monthly total—
often translating to +10–25% yearly profit when paired with strong photos.
Easy install, minimal time. Prefinished, modular panels with straightforward install mean you get a
luxury look with very little time on site, yet a big “wow” in photos and in person.
Trade experience built-in. A dedicated trade support team handles priority quoting and scheduling;
samples, CAD/specs, phased deliveries and install guidance. Preferred commercial terms may be available
(arranged with your account manager).
US-made quality. Consistent finishes, custom sizes/colors, dependable lead times.
ADR = average nightly rate. Occupancy = % of nights booked. “pp” = percentage points (60%→63% is +3 pp).
Ranges are conservative; actuals depend on location, seasonality, competition and listing quality.
A statement wall that reads as luxury in the first photo.
Let’s count it out — simple, realistic math
Scenario 1 — $500/night baseline
Baseline:
ADR $500 × 60% × 30 nights → $9,000 / mo
After upgrade:
ADR +10% → $550; Occ +3 pp → 63% →
$10,395 / mo
Monthly lift:
+$1,395 / mo (≈ +$16,740 / yr)
Payback (project ≈ $3,500):
~2.5 months
Even a lighter outcome—say +5% ADR and +2 pp occupancy—still adds ≈ $765 / mo and pays back in ~4.6 months.
Scenario 2 — $250/night baseline
Baseline:
ADR $250 × 50% × 30 nights → $3,750 / mo
After upgrade:
ADR +8% → $270; Occ +3 pp → 53% →
$4,293 / mo
Monthly lift:
+$543 / mo (≈ +$6,516 / yr)
Payback (project ≈ $3,500):
~6.5 months
Year-1 net after payback ≈ $3.0k; following years ≈ $6.5k / yr (assuming similar performance).
South Florida — what this looks like in practice
Miami Beach, 1BR — two-day refresh with a statement wall
The owner came to us with a familiar problem: strong location, generic photos. We installed a walnut
feature wall in the living area, tuned the lighting, and retook the hero shot. No new furniture, no
full repaint — just a decisive visual upgrade that reads as luxury the moment you open the gallery.
“We pushed for quick, high-impact changes to pull more clicks from the feed — and found them.
Thanks to the Demvel team, the place finally photographs like it feels in person.”
Owner — Miami Beach (Entrepreneur, STR host)
Across ~10 South Florida hosts — what we’ve been hearing
Most report adding a modest ADR premium after upgrading their first photos.
Many see a small conversion lift (occupancy up a few points) as the listing stands out.
Setup is straightforward: prefinished panels, clean install, minimal downtime.
Trade clients appreciate dedicated support: priority quoting/scheduling, samples, CAD/specs;
preferred terms available with an account manager.
“We needed something fast, visible, and repeatable across a few units. Panels gave us that — minimal time on site and a big visual step up.”
