Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
- Final Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by transit.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via our Contact Page or email contact@demvelpanels.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
- Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Condition of Returned Items
- All returned items are inspected before approval for refund or exchange.
- If an item arrives back to us damaged, used, or missing parts, your refund may be reduced or denied.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the product and packaging to speed up resolution.
- Where confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a refund.
